Perinatal Mental Health

let's help you find yourself again

Postpartum depression and anxiety affect 1 in 5 women and 1 in 10 men, making perinatal mental health conditions the most common complication related to childbirth. These challenges are real, and you're not alone.Elexa specializes in working with individuals navigating the emotional complexities of parenthood—including identity shifts, postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and infertility. As a mom of two, Elexa knows firsthand that the journey and transition into parenthood is a fundamentally life-altering experience. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore everything this journey brings—honestly and without judgment—so you can heal, grow, and move toward the version of yourself you want to be.

Trauma Work

you make sense

Learning coping skills is an important part of healing, but it's only a piece of the puzzle. Working with a trauma and attachment focused therapist offers the opportunity to explore deep-rooted patterns that may no longer be serving you.By connecting past experiences to present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships, we gain a clearer understanding of ourselves. Most importantly, this insight can be a powerful catalyst for meaningful change.Elexa's goal is to create a supportive, compassionate space where you can begin to understand, heal and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost or overlooked along the way.
